Microneedling in Chichester
Firmer, smoother, brighter-looking skin, built from within. Microneedling prompts your skin’s own collagen and elastin, and opens a direct path for exosomes, PDRN and targeted active ingredients to reach where they work.
Every treatment uses the mesoestetic® axion, which creates microchannels, delivers your chosen solution and applies red LED light in a single pass. Tailored to your skin by Morgan French, Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber, for the face, neck, eyes and scalp.

Why microneedling works
As we age, the cells that make collagen and elastin, called fibroblasts, slow down. Skin loses firmness, lines deepen, scars stay visible and texture becomes uneven. Creams alone struggle to change this, because most active ingredients never get past the skin’s surface.
Microneedling helps with both. Thousands of controlled microchannels prompt the skin to repair itself, producing new collagen and elastin, and for a short time they let active ingredients travel far deeper than they could on their own.
Mediluxe pairs every session with a mesoestetic® solution chosen for your concern, from exosome anti-ageing to scar repair and hair, so the treatment and the ingredients work together.
Who microneedling suits
- Fine lines, wrinkles and early ageing

Three treatments in one pass.
-
01 · Microchannels
Rebuilds collagen
Fine, sterile needles create controlled microchannels at a depth set precisely for your skin, prompting it to produce new collagen and elastin.
-
02 · Automated dosing
Delivers the actives
The axion dispenses your chosen solution at the same moment the channels open, so exosomes, PDRN and peptides absorb while the skin is most receptive.
-
03 · Red LED, 630nm
Calms and repairs
Built-in red LED light works throughout the treatment, supporting the skin’s natural repair and helping to calm inflammation.

-
02

Your skin is cleansed, toned and disinfected, and delicate areas such as the lips are protected, so the treatment is as clean and comfortable as possible.

Frequently asked.
What is axion microneedling?
It is an advanced form of microneedling using the mesoestetic® axion. In one pass it creates controlled microchannels to stimulate collagen and elastin, dispenses an active solution chosen for your concern, and applies red LED light to support repair.
Does microneedling hurt?
Most people find it very manageable. You will feel a light vibrating, prickling sensation. Depth is set for your skin, and the needle-free Nano-HR head is used for sensitive skin and delicate areas.
Is there downtime?
Very little. Skin is usually pink for a day or so. Avoid getting it wet for 2 hours, avoid make-up and exercise for 24 hours, and avoid sun, saunas and harsh products such as retinoids and acids for the first few days.
How many sessions will I need?
Most facial treatments work best as a course of 3 to 5, every 2 weeks for gentler treatments or every 4 to 6 weeks for deeper work on scars and firmness, then maintenance every 8 to 12 weeks. Scalp treatments follow a course of 6.
What are exosomes and PDRN?
Exosomes are tiny messengers that carry signals between cells, and PDRN is a regenerative ingredient that supports skin repair. mesoestetic’s c.prof mesoxome® solutions combine plant-derived exosomes and PDRN for anti-ageing, firming and the eye area.
Is microneedling suitable for darker skin?
Yes, microneedling is suitable for all skin types. In deeper skin tones (types IV to VI) some temporary darkening can occur, so Morgan will tailor depth and aftercare for you.
Can microneedling help thinning hair?
Scalp microneedling delivers targeted actives directly to the follicle. Morgan will recommend c.prof 230 for stress, seasonal or nutritional hair loss after assessing your scalp, and will tell you honestly if your hair loss is better looked at by your GP.
How should I prepare?
Stop tretinoin 2 weeks before, and other retinoids, vitamin C, acids and pigment suppressors at least 48 hours before. Avoid significant sun exposure for 24 hours beforehand. If you are prone to cold sores, tell us in advance.
Who should not have microneedling?
Treatment is postponed if you have active breakouts, a cold sore or open skin on the day. You need to wait 6 months after oral isotretinoin (Roaccutane). Lift contains marine collagen, so tell us about any fish allergy.
