Polynucleotides in Chichester
Polynucleotides are a regenerative injectable designed to support your skin’s own repair processes, improving thin, crepey and tired-looking skin without adding volume or changing your features.
At Mediluxe, every treatment is planned and performed by Morgan French, a Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber working in skin health since 2010, in our private clinic at Manor Farm Barns, Donnington. Morgan is trained with PolyPhil, the internationally recognised polynucleotide brand from Croma.

What are polynucleotides?
Polynucleotides are highly purified DNA fragments, usually derived from salmon or trout. Placed into the skin in tiny amounts, they act as a scaffold that supports the skin’s natural renewal, hydration and elasticity.
Unlike dermal filler, polynucleotides don’t sculpt or lift. They work on skin quality, which is why they suit delicate areas where filler is often the wrong choice, such as the under-eye.
Who polynucleotides suit
- Dark, hollow or crepey skin under the eyes
- Fine lines and loss of bounce around the eyes and mouth
- Thin, dull or dehydrated skin on the face
- Crepey skin on the neck
- Clients who want fresher skin without looking “done”

Frequently asked.
Do polynucleotides hurt?
Most clients find them very manageable. Topical numbing cream is applied first, and the injections are very fine. The under-eye can feel slightly more sensitive than other areas.
How many polynucleotide sessions will I need?
A course of 3 sessions, two to three weeks apart, is the standard starting point. Morgan will confirm the right number for your skin at your consultation.
Are polynucleotides better than filler for under-eyes?
They do different jobs. Filler replaces volume, while polynucleotides improve the quality of thin, crepey skin. For many people with dark, tired-looking under-eyes, polynucleotides are the gentler first step. Morgan will advise honestly on which suits you.
What is the difference between polynucleotides and Profhilo?
Polynucleotides support the skin’s own repair, so they suit thin, crepey and delicate areas such as under the eyes, where the skin needs to be rebuilt rather than plumped. Profhilo is a pure hyaluronic acid that spreads beneath the skin of the face and neck to hydrate, firm and restore glow. Many clients have both, and Morgan will recommend which to start with at your consultation.
Can I have polynucleotides if I am allergic to fish?
No. Most polynucleotide products are derived from salmon or trout DNA, so a fish allergy rules this treatment out. Pregnancy and breastfeeding also mean we will wait.
How much do polynucleotides cost in Chichester?
At Mediluxe Clinic, polynucleotides are £180 per session or £500 for a course of 3, including your consultation and aftercare.
